Families in the United States will gather later this week to celebrate Thanksgiving, and many will load into their Chrysler Pacifica minivans and head over the proverbial river and through the woods to grandmother’s house.

By selecting the sixth-generation Chrysler minivan, these families are riding to their holiday dinner in a vehicle with 37 minivan firsts and many state-of-the-art features.

Here are some of the minivan’s features that families may be “thankful” for on their Thanksgiving journey:

  • Safety: All 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid models offer more than 100 available and standard safety and security features.
  • Connectivity: Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard on all 2018 Pacifica models.
  • Natural light: Soak in daylight through the available tri-pane panoramic sunroof.

Hello from the Motor City! I’m Edward Cardenas and I’m multimedia editor for Stellantis. As a lifelong Detroiter, I have been surrounded by the automotive industry. I’ve had members of my immediate and extended family work in the industry. I’ve covered it as a journalist and advocated for it as a communications professional. I have also experienced the thrills of the industry while riding in a race car at nearly 200 miles per hour. Having this breadth of experience, I look forward to drawing upon my experiences to bring a wide range of stories, photos and videos about Chrysler, FIAT and Alfa Romeo to Stellantis Digital Media. When I’m not covering my brands, I’m spending time with my wife and two boys.
