‘Tis the season of good cheer and the Ram Truck family has plenty to celebrate as it looks at putting the cap on an awesome award-winning year across the Ram Truck lineup.
Throughout 2019 the Ram Truck family has focused its benchmark-setting ways on delivering features and capability that Ram Truck customers have come to expect and enjoy. Features like 1,000 lb.-ft. of torque with the Cummins Turbo Diesel, a Ram 3500 Heavy Duty that delivers 35,100 lb. towing capacity and 7,680 lbs. of payload, and segment-leading towing capability in the Ram 1500.
These innovative new features and technology, coupled with cabin comfort and sophistication beyond what the competition offers, also drove a truckload of awards across the Ram Truck family from more 40 truck publications.
Most recently, Consumer GuideⓇ Automotive weighed in, crowning the 2020 Ram 1500 with its Best Buy award in the Large Pickup category for the 12th straight win, an honor that extends all the way back to 2008. The honor is based not only on objective ratings, but also on vehicles that distinguish themselves as good values compared to other vehicles in their class.
The Ram 2500 Heavy Duty was Popular Science Magazine’s pick for its 2020 Best of What’s New award in the Truck category. With a towing capacity of 35,100 pounds and payload capacity of 7,680 pounds, the Ram 2500 Heavy Duty more than measured up to the publication’s search for breakthrough products and technologies that represent a significant leap in their categories. And, as a winner, the Ram 2500 Heavy Duty will be featured in Popular Science Magazine’s December issue.
As the old year quickly closes, the Ram Truck family is looking forward to keeping the good news going throughout 2020, and beyond.
