Alfa Romeo’s newest offering in the North American market comes with record-breaking speed, next-level technologies and seductive Italian style and design.
In just a few weeks, the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio will begin arriving in dealerships with features such as a Ferrari-derived, all-aluminum 2.9-liter 505-horsepower engine, an exclusive active aero front splitter and an innovative Chassis Domain Control.
This mix of speed, power and technology enabled the Giulia Quadrifoglio to set a record-setting 7:32 Nurburgring lap time – the fastest time ever on the legendary track by a four-door production sedan.
“The Giulia really has peerless performance,” said Reid Bigland, Head of Alfa Romeo. “There is nothing in the four-door premium segment, or any four- door segment, that can touch this car.”
The “halo” model of the Giulia lineup, the Giulia Quadrifoglio, is the latest Alfa Romeo model to be introduced in the United States.
Alfa Romeo’s return to the market kicked off in 2014 with the introduction of the 4C and 4C Spider.
The award-winning “supercars” feature state-of -the-art technology, incredible performance and gorgeous Italian design and style. These are traits all Alfa Romeos have shared throughout the 105-year history of the car company.
“You can see all of those attributes in the return of Alfa Romeo to North America in those three cars (the 4C, 4C Spider and Giulia),” Bigland added. “We think those three attributes are going to serve as differentiators in the marketplace when the Giulia gets into our dealerships.”
The Giulia Quadrifoglio is expected to start arriving in dealerships in mid-December, with the 280-horsepower Alfa Romeo Giulia and Giulia Ti models arriving in showrooms early in the first quarter of 2017.
“The vehicle is a lot more than just a pretty face,” Bigland said.
